Your use of all material and services on the AEShareNet website is on the following conditions:
- All material on the website is made available on the basis that TVET Australia Limited ("TVET") is not thereby engaged in rendering professional advice.
- Before relying on the material in any important matter, users would be well-advised to carefully evaluate its accuracy, currency, completeness and relevance for their purposes, and should obtain any appropriate professional advice relevant to their particular circumstances.
- In some cases the material may incorporate or summarise views, standards or recommendations which have not been fully considered by TVET. Such material is assembled in good faith, but does not necessarily reflect the considered views of TVET, or indicate a commitment to a particular course of action.
- Descriptions of materials available for licensing are provided by members and TVET is not responsible for the accuracy and completeness of these descriptions.
- Links to other websites are inserted for convenience and do not constitute endorsement of material at those sites, or any associated organisation, product or service.
- The Resources section of this site contains a number of documents written during the development of the AEShareNet licensing system that may not fully reflect the current policy and procedures of TVET Australia Limited.
- The site contains various guide materials describing the intention and use of AEShareNet standard licences. This information is provided for general guidance only. In the case of any dispute as to the interpretation of a licence between AEShareNet members, to the maximum extent permissible by law, only the actual text of the licences along with the TVET Australia Constitution and the AEShareNet Charter shall be relevant.
- TVET will use its best endeavours to ensure the reliable operation of the website and the protection of personal information and the confidentiality of transactions between members. Other than any liability imposed by law, however, TVET will not be responsible for damages associated with either failure of the service or disclosure of information resulting from unauthorised use and intrusion into the system or other circumstance beyond its control.
