Use of website content
Unless
otherwise stated, the material on the website may be used under the AEShareNet-P
('Preserve Integrity') Licence Protocol. That means, in general, such material
may be freely used, copied and distributed - in original form only. For more
complete information about the AEShareNet-P Licence Protocol click
here. Some special considerations apply to the use of AEShareNet
trademarks and licence descriptions.
Trademark Statement
TVET Australia Limited is the owner of the following trademarks:
- the word ‘AEShareNet’
- the AEShareNet logo, as displayed for example on the header of web pages
- the Licence Marks associated with each Licence Protocol.
You may use the Licence Marks in order to offer licences in accordance with the relevant AEShareNet Licence Protocol, subject to the ‘Special considerations’ below.
Text of licences
TVET Australia Limited owns copyright in various materials setting out the rules for each AEShareNet licence type. These are represented in a number of forms and contexts on the website, including:
- the Licence Comparison Table (PDF)
- the HTML version of each current Licence Protocol, eg the AEShareNet-S Protocol
- archived versions of superseded Licence Protocols
- individual licences transacted under AEShareNet.
You may reproduce the licence descriptions under the AEShareNet-P Licence Protocol, subject to the 'Special considerations' which follow.
Special considerations re use of Marks and licences
You may not use the AEShareNet Marks or licence descriptions in a way:
- that is intended to establish a copyright licence outside the AEShareNet licensing framework
- that otherwise impairs the efficacy or integrity of the framework
- that might otherwise mislead or deceive any person.
Database descriptions
Copyright in the material description contained in each catalogue entry vests concurrently in TVET Australia Limited and the party responsible for the Material Registration. You may use and copy these descriptions in connection with your licensing of the material.
TVET Australia Limited owns copyright in the AEShareNet databases as a whole. Access is subject to our linking and harvesting policy referenced below.
Requests for additional permission
Any requests for permission to use copyright material in ways not covered above should be directed to the General Manager, Product Services, TVET Australia Limited.
