Tips on downloading files

The exact procedure for downloading a file will depend on what browser you are using and what add-in programs are already installed with your browser. Try just clicking on the download link first and if a dialogue box is displayed choose the Save option.

If clicking on a link starts a process which displays the file in your browser rather than download it, try holding down the {Shift} or {Ctrl} key while clicking on the link, or try using the right mouse button when selecting the link.
In Internet Explorer try clicking on the link with the right mouse button and selecting "Save Target As".
