JMA and AEShareNet Seminar "Creative Practices for a Connected World"
John Mitchell and Associates (JMA) and AEShareNet's combined to present last Monday's full day seminar - "Creative Practices for a Connected World" featuring Euan Semple.
Semple is a world renown guru of social computing, and his presentation covered Blogging, online forums, RSS Feeds, Wikis, Tagging and Folksonomies and a myriad of other social networking tools. Although Euan has worked mainly in the Knowledge Management sphere, his ideas resonated with the education and publishing practitioners who were present.
The workshop was facilitated by John Mitchell and Dennis Macnamara. The participants went away energised to renew their practice and make more use of the powerful digital tools available to them.
