New CEO of Australian Training Products Ltd Announced!
The following announcement has just been released by Chris
Robinson, Chairperson of Board of Directors for Australian Training Products
Limited. AEShareNet is excited by this development and is looking forward
to IP management having a central focus in the one stop shop. In the meantime
it is business as usual. We will keep you posted on developments and in
particular the details of the transition to the new company.
"The Board of Australian Training Products Ltd (ATPL) was asked
by the Vocational and Technical Education CEOs to recruit a new Chief
Executive Officer (CEO) to the position of ATPL in the first instance,
and to the position of CEO of the new Ministerial company as soon as it
is formed. The new Company is expected to be established by June 2006
through a merge of ATPL and another ministerially owned company AEShareNet.
The new company will also provide secretariat services to the National
Industry Skills Council (NISC) and the Vocational and Technical Education
sector's National Quality Council (NQC).
"This recruitment process has been carried out and I am pleased to
announce the appointment of Malcolm Goff as the new Chief Executive Officer.
"Malcolm is currently Managing Director of Challenger TAFE and he
brings a wealth of experience to the business spanning well over 30 years
experience in the Western Australian employment and training sector and
a rich involvement in many national Vocational and Technical Education
forums.
"Malcolm will commence as the CEO of ATPL on 27 March 2006. I'm sure
you will join me in welcoming Malcolm to his new role."
