Education Exchange Released under 'Free for Education' (FfE) Licence
Adviser Education Services has announced the immediate availability of Education Exchange under the AEShareNet Free for Education (FfE) Licence.
Education Exchange allows training providers to create and publish on-line a range of on-line Learning Events, via their existing web sites or to subscribing webLMS clients at no cost.
'Education Exchange is about removing the financial barriers that prevent
educational content being made available on-line' says James Ryan, General
Manager of Adviser Education Services. 'Today we are releasing three Learning
Events which will allow content providers to assess their students through
on-line exams and assignments. We look forward to extending and enhancing
Education Exchange with new and enhanced Learning Events in the near future.'
Training providers can create and deploy Learning Events created in Education Exchange via e-mail web badges on their existing web sites or students can access Learning Events at a customised Education Exchange home page.
Education Exchange incorporates the exam engine technology used in webLMS, a web based Learning Management system used by the Commonwealth Bank, Westpac and over 150 financial services organisations and professional associations in Australia, New Zealand, Europe and South East Asia.
