We welcome comments and feedback from users of the AEShareNet website who are not members, however we can only offer limited technical support for these users via our support / feedback forms.
Support for members
Technical support is available for users of the Members Area of the AEShareNet website via our support / feedback forms as well as via phone and email as described below.
NB: all matters in relation to creating and changing access by users to the Members Area and the allocation of roles which determine what each user can and cannot do are administered at the State / Territory level. Please contact your Member Administrator for all such queries, including lost passwords.
Telephone support
Technical support for users of the AEShareNet system is also available by phone. Telephone support is available between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday (Australian Eastern Time) by calling (03) 9832 8100 .
Feedback/Support via email
We prefer to receive feedback and support queries via our online forms. This will ensure that your request is recorded immediately and is forwarded to the right people for attention. However if you need to lodge feedback or request technical support via email for any reason, please send a message with as much detail as possible to: sales@tvetaustralia.com.au.
