AEShareNet Model
Explanation of the Model:
- The main AEShareNet Mark consists simply of the word "AEShareNet" rendered in Times Roman font with capitalisation and italics as shown. The word will be registered under the Trade Marks Act 1995 and is therefore a form of property right which only Members would be authorised to use.
- Constitution : the incorporation document establishing TVET Australia Limited as a company limited by guarantee.
- Charter : an agreement established under the Constitution and binding all Members to apply Marks only in accordance with the Licence Profile, to extend a copyright licence as stated in the Profile - see AEShareNet Charter.
- Members : organisations bound by the Constitution and Charter.
- Member Profile: a package of information in a form specified by the Charter and/or the Constitution, describing essential information about a Member.
- Use of the mark "AEShareNet" signifies that the user is a Member and has undertaken in the Charter to use Licence Marks in a consistent fashion so that they convey information about the applicable licence regime.
- Licence Profile: a package of information in a form specified by the Charter, describing a licence regime, including the Licence Mark and the associated licence conditions.
- Licence Mark (or Marking): a combination of names and letters and/ or numerals, (and might include eg, metadata or hyperlinking), that is associated with and recognised under a Licence Protocol and capable of being applied to particular Material. It signifies the identity of the Licensor and the nature of the Licence Extended in relation to that Material. See AEShareNet Marking.
