What does the AEShareNet licensing system provide?
In essence, the AEShareNet licensing system is an online catalogue for discovery of learning materials owned by organisations across Australia. Its unique search engine allows anyone in the world to easily and cost-efficiently:- search and locate learning materials of interest on the database; and
- find out how and where to acquire these materials.
The system constitutes a virtual catalogue of graded learning materials, with information on how to access it and under what conditions.
Members are able to promote and license their own materials to a wider audience than ever before, and take out a licence to reproduce, distribute or modify materials offered by other members.
