| On successful completion of this qualification, graduates will have high-level skills in adult literacy and numeracy teaching and assessment and will be able to work as an adult literacy and numeracy teacher in many programs. It will be necessary, however, to complement the 39178QLD Vocational Graduate Certificate in Adult Literacy and Numeracy Teaching with a specific higher education teaching qualification and experience in order to work in Department of Education and Science (DEST) funded courses e.g. Language, Literacy and Numeracy Program (LLNP) and some Queensland Government funded courses including 39150QLD - 39155QLD Courses in Vocational Literacy (Preliminary and levels 1-5) and 39160QLD - 39165QLD Courses in Vocational Numeracy (Preliminary and levels 1-5). | ||||||
