Description: 
The Language, Literacy and Numeracy Skill Indicators (LLNSI) for the Certificate II and III in Hospitality is a CD-ROM resource comprising Trainer guides, Learner workbooks, Assessment workbooks and background information. Language, Literacy and Numeracy Skill Indicators (LLNSI) were developed for two levels in each of the following Training Package areas: Engineering; Hospitality; Hairdressing; Retail; Beauty Therapy. The resource development was funded by the Department of Employment and Training in 2001 and the goal of the project development was to develop resources to address a need to meet the auditing requirements for RTO's delivering training under User Choice funding.
