The Licence is construed in accordance with the Glossary. The Licensee (if not a Member) undertakes to abide by the Charter as if they are a Member, including the provisions relating to resolution of disputes.

| Special Conditions:

1. In engaging this Licence you, as the Licensee, agree to abide by all the terms of the Licence, including the following Special Conditions related to providing data when requested by the Copyright Owner.
2. The Copyright Owner, as the developer and owner of the accredited course that comprises the Materials, has obligations to the Queensland Training and Employment Recognition Council to undertake ongoing monitoring and evaluation of the course. Reports from the Copyright Owner to the Council must include feedback from course licensees and participants.
3. Surveys for participants and teachers/trainers have been included in course documentation. These should be printed and distributed as participants complete the course. Responsibility for submission of the surveys to the Copyright Owner rests with individual course graduates and trainers.
4. The Copyright Owner also requests your assistance in compiling statistics on candidates undertaking the accredited course, as follows:
· number of awards issued for each course in requested period
· home postcodes of candidates (or city and country if outside Australia) by numbers currently enrolled at time of request
· employment status of enrolled candidates as education support workers (numbers employed/unemployed)
· of those employed, numbers employed in each sector (primary/middle/high/special school/environmental education centre/other)
· numbers employed by state and non-state schools/facilities
· numbers undertaking the course as an existing worker traineeship
5. The Copyright Owner requires that you as the Licensee provide a written report detailing the above information, on request. This report may be submitted electronically to the email address provided in the request, or in hard copy addressed to:
