39195QLD Vocational Graduate Certificate in Culinary Arts and Kitchen Mangement / 39196QLD Vocational Graduate Diploma in Culinary Arts and Kitchen Management: These qualifications are more focused on industry outcomes with less emphasis on an academic discipline. They offer a short-cycle VET sector graduate pathway alternative to university and also offer a VET sector pathway from Bachelor Degree for specialist industry or enterprise competencies.

One completion of these courses, it is expected graduates will be equipped with the vocational skills deemed essential for appointment to a range of senior management positions in an organisation, or for small business ownership of their own enterprise.

Checkboxes and customisable details must be completed as appropriate at some point prior to Acceptance.
 
Guidelines:
The Licensor may apply - within, on or in relation to Copies of the Material:

* the AEShareNet-C Licence Mark; and/or
* a URL link to the Material Registration at the AEShareNet website.
